A nice hike, steady up - the summit trail was more challenging. Thunderstorm on the return - the water really rushes down the trail, which is very slick on the rocks. Fun hike, great view from the top.

This is a beautiful and challenging area to hike in the Camels Hump area. When there is a possibility of ice near the summit make sure you prepare and leave no chances.

Really fun time. Pretty challenging in some areas but doable. Great sense of accomplishment at the end.

Great experience, challenging. Completed it while there was ice concerns at the top. Would do it again.

This was a really great trail. The area was challenging and it offered some decent views. I would only recommend this as a three season hike. I would not attempt it in the winter

Beautiful hike from forest city trail to the long trail then descending the burrows trail.
Long trail up is really awesome scrambling and strenuous at times, though if you have your trail legs it’s a breeze. With packs it’s rated difficult. Beware when it’s wet!!
Beautiful views from the top of the Adirondacks, greens, and white mountains. Definitely crowded if you go Burrows trail but we only saw a few people the other way.
Burrows trail down was super easy. We jumped in the water by a waterfall once back ~55 degree water took our breath away, and was absolutely life giving !
Gorgeous hike, gorgeous views, great people, and surrounding area is idyllic.

The camels hump ski trail is awesome. The hiking trail from the top is tough, want fresh snow

A great hike! Fall foliage just starting and overcast weather but still some good views on the upper part of the Forest City trail and the long trail. There’s some scrambling on the Long Trail and the rocks were wet so I had to give our Cairn Terrier a boost up in spots. More challenging was the leash requirement above tree line, which restricted both Mack and me while negotiating the summit cone. The Burrows trail was a pleasant but unremarkable descent.
