6/6 run i havent run in a week so
because i have not run in an entire week i decided to start up where i left off last run instead of increasing but next run i will carry on increasing tomorrow is the last day if school and then its summer break so i will definitely be able to keep up more of a consistent exercise routine especially since its only 3 weeks until france i want to keep up a very consistent and pretty challenging exercise routine so that i can feel and hopefully look great i dont love where my body is right now but i want to make sure that im achieving my goals in a healthy and somewhat realistic (as in for the future as well) routine because ik its stupid to only exercise vigorously during summer i should always be healthy that being said the next 3 weeks i think im gonna try for an extremely vigorous exercise schedule which also considering i have school during non summer months, will likely not be attainable or realistic for the whole year but id like to set it as a start and then from there fins out how i can make sure i have a realistic exercise schedule that i can do all year round

6/12 run
im going on a white water kayaking trip tomorrow and dont come back until Sunday so i wont be able to run for 4 days. It should be ok, but considering it’s literally just two days after last time i ran and i was seriously really struggling and im pretty sure i was running frickin ten minite miles or over. Im literally dripping sweat, like i promise its not a hyperbole drip of sweat are literally rolling off of me. Anyways i got up early (well early for summer around 7:30) and im just not a good morning runner at all so i dont think ill be continuing morning runs unless i need to for some reason. So not super proud of todays running performance but at least i ran even though I really didnt want to. Hopefully I will do better next time.

7/31 run
Ok so i told myself i would increase by half a mile and that’s exactly what i did so i guess i should be happy. But the thing is im running like very very extremely slowly and i know i could go faster because i have gone faster comfortably but also the moment i finished i wasnt like insanely out of breath which yea i dont want it to be like i cant breathe level out of breath but i know I could’ve pushed myself more speed wise. Next run i will increase by another half a mile and hopefully push myself to rub much faster.

5/26 super short run
i had like 20 min and i was gonna go to ocha with stella so i figured o would at least go for a really shirt run also its been raining on and off all day so idk i have a 5k this saturday (its thursday) but at least its just a bubble run so not realky like a full out race its fine ill run further next week I actually promise that i will next week cuz theres only 3 weeks until schools over and i need to get my fitness shit together ya know

5/14 run
i havent been running as far recently so now im trying to somewhat slowly get back into running especially further distances. - i have a 5k this weekend - this run was actually not too bad next time i want to try 3.5 miles and hopefully eventually get back up to 4-5 miles regularly - i want my “shorter” runs to be around 3 miles Also there was a run in between this one and the one before but i was just trying out a different tracking app.

6/10 run
damn im really slowing down but whatever at least im continuing with my schedule Ngl today was actually really hard but i did it and thats what really matters challenges are supposed to be good so hows that for motivation I got up early on the first monday of summer break and its already like 75 degrees so im honestly still proud of myself for going, althought only slightly, out of my way to make sure I stick to my running schedule

6/27 run
Honestly considering I completely disregarded last runs notes and have not run for a week, in pretty happy with today’s run. Yes, i ran very very slowly, but it was a pace that made me feel pretty comfortable so im ok with that. Plus i ran twice as far as last time so thats not bad. There are 3 full days until I leave for france, i will run at least one more time.

5/30 run up half a mile from last time
honestly not terrible i really do think that ican get back up to where i used to be if i stay motivated
