Overview
This is a moderate out and back trail to Grassy Knoll in Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
Trail is both in the trees and in the open. In season expect to see numerous wildflowers in the open meadows and saddles. Grassy Knoll is the site of a former lookouts. Views to both Mount Hood and Mount Adams at locations throughout the trail.
Getting Started
There is parking across the road from the Trailhead sign, about 4 vehicles. There is other places to park vehicles off the side of the roadway. The trail starts at the Grassy Knoll Trail #146 sign
