This is a difficult one way trail in Kootenay National Park.
This trail goes by Paint Pots, Ochre Spring, Helmet/Ochre Jct. Camp, Helmet Falls Campground, Rockwall Pass, Tumbling Creek Campground, Numa Creek Campground, and Floe Lake Campground.
