Potash Road to Schafer Canyon
Very Easy (we saw a 2WD Chrysler minivan and a 2nd gen Prius) trail well suited for most vehicles. Amazing scenery (see photos).
As of Jun 2021, no permit required for this trail.
Spectacular views from the “Thelma & Louise” point.
Shafer Trail 2.0
This is a fantastic Jeep trail for any vehicle with a bit of high clearance. Evaporation ponds, fantastic scenery and a good chance to see wildlife.
