Overview
This is a moderate loop trail to Cabin Spring in Canyonlands National Park - Island In The Sky District. The trail is an easy walk with winds and turns through the canyons to the different spring areas. The hardest part of the whole loop is coming out the end by Cabin Springs. It is a climb up the slickrock sandstone but has good grip and is no more difficult than walking up a longer flight of stairs. There are many places to stop and take a break if needed. After that it is a very flat and down hill return to the parking lot.
This trail goes by Neck Spring and Shafer Trail Viewpoint.
Getting Started
Start at the parking lot and proceed across the road to the trail head. Best done counter clockwise.
