Overview
This is a moderate loop trail to Fern Grotto Beach in Wilder Ranch State Park.
This trail goes by Sand Plant Beach, Seacaves View, and Ocean View.
AK: There's a lot of beautiful coastline along this scenic loop. It's a pretty quick and easy-going hike. A local favorite of mine!
Getting Started
Help support CA State Parks by paying the $10 parking fee or park on Hwy 1 and walk/bike into the park from there.
Taking Children
This is a pretty easy loop. I'd give it a 7.5 for kids. There are dangerous cliffs along the coast and poison oak in some spots, so close supervision is important! There's a restroom at the parking lot but none along the trail.
