Appalachian Trail Bears Den Out-Back(edit)

Overview

This is a difficult out and back trail in Bear's Den Park. Know to AT hikers as the "roller coaster" for obvious reasons. It does not offer much in the way of views, but does have a few refreshing streams to cool of with in the warmer weather.
