Great roads for gravel biking, very few potholes and good, consistent surface. However, extreme hilliness with very fast descending in many areas and grades from 6% to 12% are the norm. Also very isolated with limited cell phone connection. Be sure to download offline map. There is a spring hidden up here for water, midway down Cowpens Road, because otherwise water is a long, long ways away.
