A nice fairly level trail with few hikers. A quiet 4 mile round trip. Love it!!

Beautiful historic hike. Medium with only some stress as you go up to the gap. Heading up the tri-state Peak is steep, but only a 0.6 mile. Mostly downhill to campground.

A wonderful trail that has it all; a sand cave, waterfalls, and epic views. The trail is wide and graded well, not steep, but a consistent uphill for 3 miles to the overview. It’s moderately trafficked, pet and family friendly, and a thorough workout. There is ample parking in the community park.

Historical Cumberland Gap on the Wilderness Road. Very gentle climb to the tri-state peak with many long switchbacks.

Super fun hike. Not that crowded, the Sand Cave was amazing. Saw a rattle snake in the trail, be aware. Was raining hard on the way down but was still enjoyable.

Awesome day hike with a spectacular view atop the White Rocks. Need to be in decent cardio shape for this hike.
