Nice easy hike to scout out the grottos. This track just goes to the entrance of each grotto and not through them.

Missed the big arrow on my way in, so I did the hike counter-clockwise. I also got to the top of the 20’ rope and chickened out, then made my way out via the Ladders route.
The main canyon route is loose sand and fine gravel. The ridge line and slot canyons are stone or much harder packed dirt. The climb down the middle ladder is a bit sketch - find the arrow and do the hike clockwise.

A great hike but make sure you use the track as it’s easy to get lost up top. This is not a beginner hike. Gloves and headlamps required.

Great easy hike. The trails can be confusing so bring a map program that can help keep you on the trail you like. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy. There was a 30 minute wait to get up the second ladder so we turned around and did the loop backwards.

Great hike, difficult but very doable. There are more rope sections than the map shows. We went down the ropes, hardest part is getting over the edge. Most of the ropes have good foot holds.

Offroad. Gaia would not allow editing the type.
Bypass off of Little Box Canyon sometimes looks impassable but forge ahead. Definitely a Jeep trail, bushes scrape in the narrow places, but not a problem.

Awesome place to explore. Recommend 2 day trip to visit different mines and areas. You can hike up to some of the different mines.

Great hike, the last bit of the ridge trail is difficult but rewarding. We did it with a 6 & 9 year old kids using a safety rope.
