Wow! This is a hard climb up but easier down going from South and ending at Kayak Beach which I would recommend. Weather was perfect but you still need poles and a wind jacket for the top. Starts and ends in lush overgrowth and progresses to spruce forest then on to rocky heather narrow ridge line for several miles. The views were outrageous. The descent was steady and mostly easy dirt. Water taxi is $$ and means you have to stay on schedule for the end. Do this hike!!!
