Founders Tree is an attraction inside of Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Is an easy hike. Is a 1.2 mile loop with a 216 ft elevation change. No scrambling, wide trails. A hefty stroller may even make it. At the beginning there is a box with a trail maps. With a $1 suggested donation. With points of interest along the trail. Trail head has bathrooms. There is no trailer parking, but a medium rig can park. It is all paved driving to access this trail head parking.
