Been heavy of mind today. Sinfully (probably) anxious about my family..Worried that the girls, primarily Lindy, don't have much of a concern for me or things of the Lord. O Lord. sanctify or save, whichever is appropriate, my kids. Had all I could do to get off the couch today but glad I did because I haven't done a workout in a few days

Strong tide...tried to push it harder. I like the uni, but am looking forward to getting on the bike on a regular basis..Still too snowy up here with another storm coming in a couple days

Quick ride before home fellowship. Felt strong. Preached from 2 Peter 3:1-9 this morning. I think it went pretty well?

Can't tell exactly why but I'm feeling mentally lethargic lately..Barely had motivation to go for a ride
