Great hike with awesome views. Lots of foot traffic. Everyone we encountered was friendly and at the bridge itself everyone took turns taking pictures. If you are going in the middle of the day, like we did, there are plenty shade opportunities to take a break a long the way. Watch out for the off-road vehicles if you are hiking from the parking lot.

My “exercise hike”. I do this one at least once a week. VERY heavily trafficked in tourist season. Bring plenty of water for this one in the summer. There are few places to hide from the sun. Paramedics hang out in the parking lot with IV bags for those who don’t heed the signs to stay hydrated.

Was okay. Too many people and too many people looking to earn the Darwin award getting as close to the edge of the bridge as possible with a steady 15-30 knot wind with gusts. Hike was easy enough that my 6 year old made it just fine.

Devils Bridge hike 2016-03-17

The mountains in the background of this natural wonder make for some beautiful photos. If you end up in there on your own don't make the mistake of only following the obvious path that takes you under the bridge as one gentleman I talked to on the way out did. Look for the steep path that takes you up to stand on top of the arch. As much as it's annoying to share the start of this trail with ATV's and Pink Jeep Tours, once at the trailhead the remainder of the trail is an enjoyable steady climb up to a very rewarding finish.
