To Passo Giau - one of most talked about sections of AV1. If wet, use Passo Giau Short Cut (cabled section fall would be serious)
Chapel in Passo Giau.
To Citta di Fiume - wildflowers and peaks. do not go in bad weather/ low visibility as it passes through remote terrain
To Staulanza - short and spectacular. straightforward navigation passing next to Pelmo.
Rifugio Averau - Giau Pass - Staulanza Pass
Great day along the high level AV1 with a long stretch without huts and shelter once you pass Passo Giau
