Manatee Springs Walk
With Paul, Linda Vane, and her friend Vicki. This repeated a walk Paul and I took 2 years ago. This time, I might have been able to go around the larger loop, but Linda needed to go home to Madison to supervise contractors repairing hurricane damage on her property.
Before the hike, we walked to the platform where the spring meets the rive, and saw five or six manatees swimming in the water there, as well as turtles, Asian carp, and small fish.
