Climbing up Turks Head is a fun little adventure with some stunning views of the Superstitions. There is a defined trail to the base of Turks head but from the base to the top, it's route finding. There are cairns.
It's possible to mountain bike to the base of Turk's Head to avoid the flat section to get to Turks Head.
