Vineyard mountain run
Went up vineyard Mountain from Lewisburg saddle on a very wet and rainy day. the trail was very wet and sloppy so I came down the road on the way back. I was able to run all the way back down without stopping which is really good. My knee seemed to be ok even with running the downhills.
P.S. I forgot to start the gps on my Thursday bald hill route.
Lewisburg Saddle to Vineyard Mtn ride
Just a short ride up to Vineyard mountain and down the trail. A fun descent. A very mild, clear afternoon, didn’t even need my jacket. Leaving for Sean’s in the morning!
