Overview

This is a moderate loop trail to Cloud Cap Saddle Campground in Mount Hood National Forest.

This trail goes by Cooper Spur Ski Area, Tilly Jane A-Frame, Tilly Jane Guard Station, Tilly Jane Campground, and Cloud Cap Inn.

Getting Started

Park at Tilly Jane Sno-Park, where a Sno-Park permit is required November 1 - April 30. In summer, you may drive up the Cloud Cap access road to the upper end of this loop, at either Cloud Cap Saddle Campground or Tilly Jane Campground. Road is usually open around July 1, but that varies by season.
