Miuka Falls via Winding Stairs Trail(edit)

Overview

This is a easy out and back trail to Miuka Falls in Sumter National Forest.

The Falls are scenic and well-worth the hike. The trail continues further, and there are several additional waterfalls to see, but these are visited much less frequently.

Getting Started

The trail leaves directly from the Cherry Hill Recreation Area, and it is a nice hike to do when camping there. There is also parking available at the entrance for those without reservations to camp.

Taking Children

This is a good trail for children and leashed pets. Caution is required near the waterfall.
