Burnt Hickory over top to visitor center and back via Brumby due to left knee hurting on descents. 42 degrees, overcast, no wind. Carried hydration bladder, no pack. Wore long pants, long sleeve midweight shirt, Altras. Used poles. Felt OK but not faster than with pack.
