Lookout Mountain to Badger Creek(9/3/21)
A long loop hike up to Lookout Mountain (6,535 feet elevation) and then down into the Badger Creek Wilderness to Badger Creek itself (3,575 feet) and back on a day of increasing smoke from wildfires. The cutoff trail to Badger Creek was heavily overgrown with dozens of giant logs fallen across the trail, which made for a lot of climbing over, scuttling under, and walking around.
