Harding/Santiago Peak
Caveman and Klein. Staged at the parking area in Mojeska close to the Harding Trailhead. There is a gate at the trailhead that keeps off roaders off of Harding (also a gate at the top). It's a long steady climb but not too crazy on an EMTB. I climbed in auto and lost the first bar of batt around 4 miles and the second around 7 miles. My motor overheated around the 7 mile mark. Shut her down an took a break and she never complained again. Went down to two bars of batt at the Joplin trailhead. Switched to level 2 for the final climb to the peak. Descended in auto and finished with 6% battery.
