Dimple Hill Loop via Patterson Rd. 600(edit)

Took a bike ride from Lewisburg saddle up to dimple Hill. I had seen the physical therapist earlier in the day and she had me doing some wall sits to try to strengthen my quads and they were still pretty weak and tired so it was a bit of a slog. There was a storm coming in and it was starting to sprinkle up at dimple hill and then raining pretty consistently once I got back down to the parking lot. The wind was picking up as well. I wore my wind breaker the whole time. 

A cold but mostly clear late afternoon with a north wind blowing. Did a bit better on the bike today, but not all the way back yet. Bike noises are back with a vengeance. Ran into the Halbleib’s on the way down upper horse. Nice sunset view on Dimple Hill.
