Overview

This is a 12km hike round trip if you go to Nub Peak. There are some slightly exposed scramble sections near the top. The best views are from the Niblet, just 3.5km 200m up from the campground.

Getting Started

There are signs at Lake Magog campground that point you in the right direction. Go past Sunburst and Cerulean Lakes. Turn right onto the trail about 250m past Cerulean Lake and you should start to gain more elevation quickly.

Aug 20, 2020 This is a 12km hike round trip if you go to Nub Peak. There are some slightly exposed scrambly sections near the top. The best views are from the Niblet, just 3.5km 200m up from the campground. If you are staying at Assiniboine this is a must do.
