This is a short, nice hike if you’re limited on time or energy. You want to take it all the way to the summit though. Don’t stop at the saddle. Hike over some rocky shelves with beautiful junipers and head towards the central key gap at the summit.
Easy scrambling up the right side leads to great views.
The beginning switchbacks are wonderful during the fall when the colors are changing.
