Overview
This is a easy out and back trail in McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Sunset peak offers nice views of the surrounding area.
Getting Started
There is a dedicated parking area at the trailhead. The parking area is gated and the gate closes automatically at sunset. The gate 'may' open for you if you leave after sunset, but there is a posted warning that being in the parking area after sunset is trespassing.
