Great hike. Definitely not “Easy,” no matter who you are. Bring plenty of water and start early. Best to avoid in summer unless you’re accustomed to the desert. Beautiful views, a great workout and a lot of fun.

This is an awesome double black Diamond hike! Please bring more than enough water no matter what time of year you hike this. Don’t be that person that needs to be rescued because you weren’t prepared.

This was a beautiful hike. There is a pretty steep incline that’s hard to climb up if you don’t have the right footing or utilize the rails. The view is beautiful. It’s difficult to a degree, but not impossible.

This is NOT AN EASY HIKE! The trail requires a lot of scrambling over big rocks and a lot of vertical gain, but the views are unbeatable!

This is an amazing hike! It is not an easy hike by any means. It is steep, rocky, and rewarding. If you can help it get a ride to the trailhead and save yourself the trouble of trying to find a place to park. This starts off moderate but becomes quite technical with steep climbs and some scrambling. After the steep railing section the trail gets less intense and then begins to get much steeper as you make your way to the top. Slow and steady win this race for me and I took lots of breaks. Depending on season bring 1-2L of water per person. Your body will thank you as you make your way up. The top has amazing 360° views of the entire valley area. Be sure to sit and enjoy for a while before heading back down. On my way down I found myself using my hands and feet a lot as I navigated back down the steep terrain. It’s not bad just take your time and be sure of footing. This hike is very populated and filled with people encouraging all to keep going to the top. This was a great hike, an awesome experience, and a wonderful workout for the morning.
