This is a perfect trail for families. Flat, almost nothing technical, and wildlife such as deer are abundant. As a runner, I like this loop for an easy training run followed by hill training in front of the bathrooms and playground area. Watch for bikes as this is a bike trail; however, they also maintain the trail so give them the right of way!
