    As of April 7, 2019, still completely snow covered (packed snow) and required yak trax. A few areas was just starting to melt (and refreeze). Very easy uphill over about 1.8 miles to get to the Firetower, with great views around, especially to the SW of Mt. Evans and Mt. Evans Wilderness
