Overview

Great things come in small packages is the best way to describe this trail. A lot of beauty is packed into a short mile. In the spring you have waterfalls flowing over beautiful sandstone cliffs and in the winter there are gorgeous frozen waterfalls to explore. This is a great trail to check out if you only have an afternoon to go for a hike. This is a popular hike so you are bound to see people on the trail.

Getting Started

This trail is well marked on maps and google maps and is easy to find. There are some gravel roads to get to it, but.they are well maintained.

Taking Children

Overall this is a good trail for children. There is one spot on the southern part of the trail that is a little exposed. So you will want to watch them on that part. Dogs are welcome on this trail.
