stars gezplus4 Jan. 18, 2021 Twister Falls, and the falls directly above Long Pool Falls are located on this track. While you can scramble up from the bottom of Long Pool Falls to get to the top, this track is one of the easier ways to get to Twister. Park at the waypoint located (you'll see a closed gate to an old forest road). Follow this Jeep/ATV road for around a half mile until you meet a small creek crossing. This creek feeds Long Pool Falls, which is just a couple of hundred feet downstream. This part of the hike is pretty easy. Twister Falls and Cave are just under a half mile upstream. We followed the creek bed to pass a couple of other smaller falls along the way. This part of the hike is basically a rocky creek bed bushwhack.
