This was a fun late afternoon hike, after Ansilo and Enzo and I went to Lacey Park for a whole morning of rollerblading. It was unexpected; we just decided to go because we were nearby. I threw the idea out there and Ansilo said yes, so we went. She regretted it halfway through, but it was still very fun. Enzo said he was very tired, but it was only 1.8 miles each way. We walked along the creek the whole time past some rentable cabins. Some looked kind of old and rustic while others were nicer, but it would be fun to stay there. I enjoyed it a lot. Enzo kept saying it wasn't worthwhile until he got to the final waterfall, and then he admitted it was worthwhile and looked like he was having fun. It was a shady day, so we didn't get burnt out by the sun. The hike back up the big hill to the parking lot wasn't as bad because it wasn't so sunny. We had a great time.
