From the Avalanche Brook Parking lot, this is a nice out & back with moderate elevation towards Katahdin Lake. The displayed track heads for Katahdin Lake Wilderness Cabins. Pit toilet once at lake and if nearby campsite is unoccupied, you can enjoy a snack and enjoy the lake.
