Pack River (Upper Pack River Rd/Idaho)

This track is on Upper Pack River in the Sandpoint Idaho area. Started track from above the county maintained snowmobile parking lot. The river is still running well from the snowmelt above, so the water is ice cold. Waterfalls! Sliderocks! and the water will be warming soon. Road is well maintained gravel. We hiked up the river a bit to locate some swimming/fishing holes for future trips back into this North Idaho gem! Huckberries will be ripe in a couple weeks up here. "Where will YOU explore next?"
