Billings Lake
Overview:
The road is fairly bumpy and mostly in the trees until you get to the North Fork Reservoir. This is a popular fishing lake and camp spots go quickly. The scenery gets even better at Billings Lake as the entire valley comes into view. Consider taking a side trip on F.S. 219 that connects to the exit portion of Taylor Mountain, Trail #41. F.S. 219 is a power line road with a few moderate spots, but is mostly easy.
Rating: Easy
Bumpy embedded rock requires high clearance. Low range recommended after North Fork Reservoir.
