Good walk, bit strenuous initially. Huckleberries (ripe!) gradually covering trail from trailhead to junction with PCT, easy to trip on roots and rocks. Frequent backpackers on PCT, but by no means crowded. Lunch in trees at turn around. A few bugs, but not enough for DEET. Wildflowers all over the hill.
