Mt Amos
Solo walk.
Excellent walk, that is a lot of fun because of the scrambling with epic views up the top.
I did it on a Monday in December and it was VERY busy, but it didn't detract from the hike at all. It felt very safe.
The scrambling was quite intense with super slippery granite slabs. I did it when it was completely dry - do not do this hike when it is wet (National Parks warns against it and they are right!). Hiking poles are EXCELLENT for the down scrambling, they weirdly can supoort your body weight in all the nooks and crannies of the rock. I was grateful to have other people of the track because of the scrambling.
