The first official hiking day of the season, and weather to match! Just about the entire ten-mile section through the high country had about a foot of snow and slush with strong winds and freezing rain. Got blown over sideways by the wind a couple times. Wanted to take a photo, but I couldn't operate my phone's touchscreen, and even the though of turning around seemed way more daunting than just putting one foot in front of the other and getting it done.
