Overall, this was a very nice and relaxing Saturday hike. The entire hike is on a path that's more akin to mountain biking and dirt bikes, and I was the only hiker out there that day. Quite a few mountain bikers and some dirt bikers. Still, enough that I had a lot of quiet and privacy. It's definitely best to do this hike in a clockwise direction. The climbs aren't too bad, but the first major descent (5 mile mark) is kind of rough. A sharp "V" cut into the dirt and it's definitely something a dirt biker would do as opposed to a hiker. Overall, though, great meadows and views of Timpanogos and Box Elder as you hike around. Had a nice time and would certainly do it again.
