26.7.14 Lake Rajucolta

Normally a 15 km RT, JK & I got dropped early when Jeff K had to go back down lower with driver due to ascending too fast too high on his first day at altitude. Beautiful glacial valley with easy trail. Looking at awesome view of Mt Huantsan the whole time. Training was primarily time at altitude. I split from J about 2 hrs in to make it to lake before having to turn around to meet ride. I also lost my pole tip and turned back to the lake (high point) a second time to look for it. Thus, the 2 peaks and longer distance.
