Normally a 2 night 3 day trip. Did it in 1 night. Went clockwise. Did 10 miles the first day and about 3500 ft of elevation. Did the rest of 17 miles the second day with about 2000 ft of elevation.
Food was good. Had stew mix for dinner with salami and couscous. Breakfast was polenta with dried fruit. Not my favorite. The polenta does not taste great.
Wore liner socks under my hiking socks. Prevented blisters going up. Going down was a different story. My toes hurt as I was going down. Might have to do with my toenails. Also got some hot spots at the bottom of my big toe. Need to moleskin it.
