Mezzanine and Savages Ridge from Yellow Pinch

Mezzanine to Savages Ridge via East and West peak of Mt Barney. Done with James Brown This is a trail not to be underestimated as a test of stamina, head for heights and some bravery! 2 crux points. 1. The drop point at the end of arete on Mezzanine Ridge and 2. The shoot off the top of West Peak to Savages Ridge. The route offers challenges but also great views. Our final 2 klm was a direct line to Cronnins Creek trail and provided an easier route back avoiding a lot of Lantana.
