Some Tracking issues here. Actual climb was about 5000 feet.
A tough hike with some near-vertical sections. Views are incredible and it's worth the effort.
I’ve been thinking about this hike for some time now. I wanted to start from Fehr Lake and circumnavigate Murdock Mountain, visiting the lakes all along its side. I got to explore most of them but a controlled burn in the area made me reconsider pushing on to the last few. I’ll probably try this again as an overnighter.
Backpacked with Dzevad to Island Lake and back along the Duck, Pot, Weir, lakes route back to Long Lake for the second night.
