This rigorous hike starts at La Manche Village and proceeds south up and down wooded hills to the southern border of La Manche Provincial Park, with lovely coastal viewpoints and high cliffs, including the dominant headlands of Cape Neddick and Flamber Head. Seabirds and whale watching in season. Most of the path is wooded, many small streams. Also features the resettled former village of La Manche. 50m suspension bridge at La Manche Provincial Park, lovely waterfall at the Keys, spectacular geology. Wilderness camping at Roaring Cove. Serviced camping, swimming, picnicking in La Manche Provincial Park. Limited facilities in Brigus South.
