Green Mountain 2019
You probably don't want to do this. Well, stop at the Promontory viewpoints. The hike the mountain stinks. If you need to do it, download all the publicly available tracks, and try to stick to the center of all of them. Especially, use your track from going up to find your way down. The path is "just stay at the top of the ridge" except at the points where it isn't. Start early. The trail is very straightforward (old road walk or somewhat unmaintained trail) until it absolutely isn't.
Surprise Mountain 2019
Gaia GPS layer is incomplete for this trip.
Use OpenHikingMap and USGS for Cascade Crest portion (for "Trail Abandoned" section up to Surprise Gap)
Use USFS 2016 for trail to Surprise Mountain Summit and #1063 back down to PCT
Tinkham Road to Putrid Pete's Peak Trail
This does a great job of avoiding the parking nightmare at Ira Spring. Don’t follow too closely at the beginning or end. It got really sloppy and tough to find the trail.
