Prescott Observatory (IAU code 684) is operated by Paul G. Comba.
Prescott Observatory may also be the designation of a group of remotely-located assets of Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Lowell Observatory website includes a reference to equipment "on Mars Hill" at "Prescott Observatory", but note that the Lowell Observatory address is on Mars Hill Road, Mars Hill Campus, so it may be this Prescott has nothing to do with the other. All of Lowell's telescopes are apparently at the Anderson Mesa Observing Station. The historic Alvan Clark 24-inch telescope is located on Mars Hill, Flagstaff.
The equipment in Prescott is apparently capable of being remotely operated: Although Edward Registrato's Vision in Time Observatories are said to be located in Peoria, Arizona, and Dewey, Arizona, "near Prescott". These have no IAU codes.
Prescott, Arizona, located about 95 driving miles from Flagstaff, is one of the places Percival Lowell considered when seeking the ideal site in A (from [www.wikipedia.org](http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prescott_Observatory).
