These trails are not well taken care of-overgrown-as of Aug 25. The Anadarche trail can still be made out even though overgrown. AVOID Lake shore as the trail disappears.

A fun hike with a surprise at the end. Other than the copperhead I barely stepped over on a paved sidewalk at the end, an enjoyable easy hike through woods to a historic building.

This was a fast paced photography adventure from Savannah, Georgia to Moab, Utah and surrounding areas and National Parks. From Arches to Canyonlands, Deadhorse and others. Taking two different tracks, southern out and Midwest back. Chased by weather the entire way back. Was an awesome adventure!! Can’t imagine how cowboys survived the winter!

Very peaceful but sticky weather. Very few hikers for a Sunday. I guess because of the heat.

Heavy woods. Most of the lake view is marshy. Great for ducks and other bird life.
