This was a great trail but had a few fallen trees we had to go over. Lots of straight ups and downs so be prepared for some steep hills.
Latrine is trashed at camp 1.

West Loop Day Hike Trail- Nice walk not to strenuous, but some parts of the trail needs attention with tall weeds, other than that not to bad.

East Loop Day Hike Trail- this trail was marked very well and very strenuous to hike and the camp #3 was a very nice camp.

Campground Loop Trail- This trail is a good trail for campers that want to hike a small trail but don’t want to leave the campground.

Turkey Creek Nature Center Trail- This trail is very informational, it has plaques as you hike the nature trail on information on trees.

Park Loop Trail- Nice trail that goes around the Turkey Creek Lake, allow 2-3 hrs to hike.

Lake Trail- It was a beautiful hike along Turkey Creek Lake and recommend hiking if you come to Shawnee State Park.

Beach/Lodge Trail- This trail follows the frisbee golf course and could be challenging to hike if people are frisbee golfing, other than that it is pretty much an moderate hike depending on which direction you are hiking it with it being a one way trail .

Lampblack Trail- This trail is an easy trail to hike, pretty much flat for the most part and is right next to the Shawnee State Park lodge.

Knighton Nature Trail- Nice trail with a lot of views of Turkey Creek Lake. The trail is a little bit strenuous and takes a couple hours to hike this 3 mile trail due to the terrain.

Lookout Trail- Beautiful trail with an overlook shelter and many overlooks along this trail.. must hike this trail if you come to Shawnee State Park !!
